Charleston Arts in collaboration with The City of Charleston office of Cultural Affairs, and local partners are giving the gift of free parking in Historic Charleston. The mobile friendly or printed parking voucher is good for 2 hours of free parking. The offer is valid only at select garages we have listed on the map below excluding dates and times when special event rates apply. According to the terms and conditions, this special gift runs from Friday November 23rd 2018 to Tuesday January 1st 2019.
